Classic lashing is the art of skillfully applying single individual lash fibre extensions, to a single natural lash. A lot of different factors go into applying classic lash extensions correctly, such as the length, curl, and diameter. Other factors such as isolation, properly adhering the lashes and using the correct amount of adhesive can greatly affect the lashes as well.
Depending on your desired look and of course how many natural healthy lashes you have to begin with and it take anywhere from 1.5-2 hours for a full set
Russian Volume Lashes
Volume techniques allow us to apply multiple extensions to one isolated natural lash. The "Russian Volume" technique masterfully achieves this with finer lashes than typically used for Classic application. The result is a full lush lash line that appears fluffy and soft while also maintaining the health and safety of your natural lashes.
Russian Volume Lashes (sometimes referred to as 3D) differs from classic lashes in that this technique is a pristine method of applying a number of lightweight lash extensions per natural lash. Volume is created by the artist applying a hand made “fan” consisting of anywhere from 2-8D extensions, of thinner diameter lashes that are hand-crafted to customize the perfect weight for every single natural lash, allowing you to create fuller more lush lashes. Mega volume can also be created using anywhere from 8-16D but this depends on the clients own lash strength and health.
As well as using less weight, and being able to customize the lengths, and how much weight goes on to each lash, this technique also allows you to use less glue. All the extensions support each other and using less adhesive means less allergies, less irritations.
Given that each fan is individually hand crafted this technique takes anywhere from 2-4 hours for a full set.
